This Dasher Agreement outlines the terms for independent contractors ("Dashers") who use the DashMasters™ Platform.
⚠️ Zero Tolerance Policy
ANY FALSE INFORMATION ADDED TO YOUR PROFILE COULD LEAD TO ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION. DashMasters™ does not tolerate fraud, abuse, or misuse of this platform under any circumstances.
1. Independent Contractor Status
Dashers are not employees of DashMasters™. You control your own schedule, routes, and methods. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship.
2. Requirements
Dashers must provide accurate and truthful information. ANY FALSE INFORMATION ADDED TO YOUR PROFILE COULD LEAD TO ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION. You must maintain a valid ID and comply with all applicable laws.
3. Earnings
Dashers earn payouts based on completed services, tips, and applicable bonuses. DashMasters™ may deduct platform fees as disclosed. Payout percentages vary by service tier (70–80% of revenue).
4. Conduct
Dashers must act professionally, maintain communication with customers, and avoid illegal or unsafe behavior. Harassment, fraud, or misconduct will result in immediate deactivation.
5. Ratings & Performance
Dashers receive ratings from customers after each completed order. Performance badges are assigned based on acceptance rate, on-time rate, and weekly completions. Poor performance may result in suspension or deactivation.
6. Equipment
Dashers are responsible for their own transportation, devices, insurance, and tools. DashMasters™ is not responsible for any equipment costs or damages.
7. Prohibited Items
Dashers may NOT transport: illegal substances, weapons or ammunition, hazardous materials, live animals (except service animals), stolen goods, alcohol or tobacco to minors, or items requiring special licensing. Violations may result in legal action.
8. Termination
DashMasters™ may suspend or deactivate Dashers for violations of this Agreement, unsafe conduct, excessive cancellations, or fraudulent behavior.
