ANY FALSE INFORMATION ADDED TO YOUR PROFILE COULD LEAD TO ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION. Abuse of this platform is not tolerated under any circumstances.
1. Overview
DashMasters™ is an errand-running and delivery coordination platform. Customers may request services, and independent Dashers may accept and complete those services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. ANY FALSE INFORMATION ADDED TO YOUR PROFILE COULD LEAD TO ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Service Requests
Customers may submit requests through the Platform. Dashers are independent contractors and are not employees of DashMasters™. DashMasters™ does not guarantee acceptance, timing, or completion of any request.
4. Payments
Customers agree to pay the total cost displayed at checkout, including service fees, tips, and any additional charges. DashMasters™ processes payments securely through third-party providers.
5. Independent Contractors
Dashers operate as independent contractors. DashMasters™ does not control their schedules, routes, or methods of completing tasks.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not engage in fraud, harassment, abuse, illegal activity, or misuse of the Platform. Violations will result in immediate account deactivation and may be reported to authorities.
7. Anti-Fraud Policy
DashMasters™ prohibits fake orders, chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, false claims, and identity misrepresentation. We may freeze accounts during fraud investigations. Fraud may result in permanent deactivation, loss of funds, and legal action.
8. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel before a Dasher accepts at no charge. A cancellation fee may apply after acceptance. Dashers should avoid canceling; excessive cancellations may affect ratings and standing.
9. Non-Discrimination
DashMasters™ prohibits discrimination based on race, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any protected status. Violations may result in suspension or deactivation.
10. Prohibited Items
Dashers may NOT transport: illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, live animals (except service animals), stolen goods, alcohol or tobacco to minors, or items requiring special licensing.
11. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, text, and content on the Platform belong to DashMasters™. Users may not copy, distribute, or misuse DashMasters™ intellectual property.
12. Liability
DashMasters™ is not responsible for delays, damages, losses, or actions of independent Dashers. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
13. Modifications
DashMasters™ may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
